International Vegan Food Festival

International Vegan Food Festival is Orlando's recurring plant-based street party, held in the pedestrianised Wall Street Plaza right in the heart of downtown and produced by Orlando Bearded Vegan — a HappyCow Ambassador and one of the Southeast's busiest vegan event organisers. Rather than a single annual festival, the event runs as a quarterly series, with 2026 dates confirmed for 25 April, 25 July and 24 October (the 24 January edition has already taken place), each running 2pm to 8pm.

The festival's pitch is explicitly international — expect vegan takes on cuisines from across the globe, from plant-based Korean corn dogs and Jamaican jerk to Ethiopian injera plates, Venezuelan arepas, Thai curries and inventive American comfort food like vegan burgers, loaded fries and dirty pizzas. The Orlando tourism board officially backs the event, which has made Wall Street Plaza a default home ground and given the festival access to downtown's full infrastructure: public restrooms, ample parking garages, LYNX bus access and dozens of hotel options within walking distance.

Entry is always completely free, which makes the festival a reliable option for introducing skeptical family or friends to vegan food — the commitment is zero and the variety is enough to satisfy even hardcore meat eaters. Expect 30-40 food vendors plus a smaller contingent of artisan and wellness stalls selling cruelty-free beauty, vegan apparel and kombucha. Live music plays throughout the day across the plaza's built-in stage, and the six-hour window means you can arrive early for a late lunch, linger through golden hour, then stay for dinner without feeling rushed.
